Agreement Terms & Conditions:

- I agree that any and all photographic/video images, or likeness, or the voice of the above-named registrant/participant while participating at Barre & Soul including those created for course assignments may be used for commercial, promotional, or administrative purposes. In assigning these rights, I grant Barre & Soul and its successors, assignees, and licensees to full and irrevocable right to produce, copy, distribute, exhibit, and transmit my voice and likeness in connection with Barre & Soul by means of print, website, broadcast or cablecast, videotape, film, webcast or any other electronic or mechanical method now known or hereinafter invented.

- I acknowledge that there is a risk of injury with any physical activities and I release and discharge Barre & Soul and its employees from all claims, demands, and causes of action for any injury that I may incur during participation of this program.

- I agree to protect and respect Barre & Soul’s intellectual property, and that it is illegal for me to reproduce or share with another individual or organization outside of this program.

- I understand that the money-back guarantee is conditional on the successful completion of all online program requirements and must be requested in writing within the week following the successful completion of the online course. Requesting the money-back guarantee indicates that you did not feel you learned enough to be certified and prevents you from receiving your Barre & Soul 200hr Yoga Certification.

- I understand that if I miss a Sunday Zoom session for any reason, the make-up Zoom must be scheduled with the lead trainer and I will be charged $50 for the make-up session.

- I understand this program does not guarantee certification, and it is my responsibility to positively participate and complete all assignments in order to be considered for certification. Similarly, I understand this program does not guarantee employment, and it is my responsibility to reach out to audition and understand that a studio may be at capacity with their staff.

- I understand that if I become two weeks behind in assignments, I can be removed from the program. A certification will not be issued if I am missing any assignments or have failed to apply feedback throughout the course. In these situations, no refund is possible. I understand that if I request an extension beyond the end of course dates to complete the program that I will be charged $250/week for each week of the extension. Extensions must be requested in writing and can only be extended up to two weeks beyond the end of the regularly scheduled course.

- I understand that tuition, except for the non-refundable amount described below, is refundable by written request any time between the day received and thirty-one days before the start of the session I originally applied to attend.

- I understand there is no refund thirty days or less before the start of the session even if I withdraw from or am unsuccessful in completing the course. I understand that if I pay in full and request a refund thirty-two days or more before the start of the session, the amount equivalent to one payment of the payment plan is non-refundable. If I pay in full and receive a refund, Barre & Soul will deduct the amount of the payment plan first payment from my refund.

- I understand that if I elect the tuition payment plan, except for the first payment, the remaining payments are refundable any time between the day received and thirty-one days before the start of the session I originally applied to attend. After that, I understand that I am responsible for all payments even if I withdraw from or am unsuccessful in completing the course.

- I understand that if, in the opinion of the lead trainer, I’m not contributing to the culture and forward motion of the team, they will let me know with a written warning. If I’m still not able to actively participate, I may be removed from the course. In this situation, no refund is possible.

- I understand that I can only request one deferral. I can defer my enrollment to the next session up to 7 days after the start of the course. Beyond the first week, no deferrals are possible. I understand that I will be required to pay a $250 deferral fee.

- I authorize Barre & Soul to charge/debit my tuition from my credit card or bank account according to the agreed payment method (One-time payment or Split pay).
