Barre & Soul® Sculpt Teacher Training Terms & Agreements

- I agree that any and all photographic/video images, or likeness, or the voice of the above-named registrant/participant while participating at Barre & Soul® including those created for course assignments may be used for commercial, promotional, or administrative purposes. In assigning these rights, I grant Barre & Soul® and its successors, assignees, and licensees to full and irrevocable right to produce, copy, distribute, exhibit, and transmit my voice and likeness in connection with Barre & Soul® by means of print, website, broadcast or cablecast, videotape, film, webcast or any other electronic or mechanical method now known or hereinafter invented.

- I acknowledge that there is a risk of injury with any physical activities and I release and discharge Barre & Soul® and its employees from all claims, demands, and causes of action for any injury that I may incur during participation of this program.

- I agree to protect and respect Barre & Soul®'s intellectual property, and that it is illegal for me to reproduce or share with another individual or organization outside of this program.

- I understand there is no refund even if I withdraw from or am unsuccessful in completing the course.

- I understand that if, in the opinion of the lead trainer, I’m not contributing to the culture and forward motion of the team, they will let me know with a written warning. If I’m still not contributing positively, I may be removed from the course. In this situation, no refund is possible.

- I understand that there is no promise of employment upon completion of this program. Should I wish to work for Barre & Soul®, I am aware I need to wait until they are hiring and then audition, and I understand securing the audition is also not a guarantee of employment. Not all studios are actively hiring at this moment.

- I authorize Barre & Soul® to charge/debit my tuition from my credit card or bank account according to the agreed payment method.
